Snow flakes particle system in WPF

Hi all! While playing around with a rudimentary particle system that I created, I thought it might be fun to create a screen saver that will do a cool Compiz Fusion style snow fall. Of course, this was just a fun exercise. The screen saver is not configurable at all, except through code.
